Terms and Conditions


  1. REGISTRATION: Primary guest is expected to count accurately and register the number of guests staying. Please Note, Foreign guest staying in the residence would have to register at front desk by producing valid Passport and Visa. However, the foreign guests are expected to co-operate in submitting their Form C application with FRRO within 24 hours of Check-In.  In case of Indian national a valid national photo identification proof and address details are required while check in. PAN card will not be considered as ID proof.
  1. Check-In and Check-Out times: 
    Check-In   -Arrive after 12:00PM and Flexible
    Check-Out - Leave before 11:00AM
    Note: Early check-in and late check out would be considered subject to availability of the unit on the day of arrival and departure respectively, otherwise check-In and check-Out remains the same as per standard timingaforementioned.
    For early arrival and Late departure, we offerLuggage drop off facility, till such time guests are allowed to access lobby lounge access with free Wi-Fi and wash room at the ground floor.
  1. NOISE and QUITE HOURS: Guests are expected to maintain respectful and considerate behaviour towards neighbours and moderate the volume of their conversation, TV, and loud music to avoid disturbing others.
  1. QUITE hours are declared between 10:00PM to 07:00AM. Guests are expected to maintain a silence during quiet hours. 

  1. CHILDREN: Guests accompanied by minors must watch over them and never be left unattended. They will be responsible for any accident that the minor may suffer within the property.
  1. NO SMOKING 🚭: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guest room as well as in the common areas of the building which includes balconies as well. It is also prohibited to have any weapon or illegal substances.
  1. PETS: We do not allow pets to the property.
  1. VISITORS: Unauthorised guests are not allowed to the guest rooms other than actual reserved. Prior approval needs to be taken from the management in case In-house guests are expecting any special visitors for limited time. However, No Visitors are allowed to the guest rooms between 08:00PM to 08:00AM.
  1. Delivery Agents:It is very important to note that, any kind of delivery agents like Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato, Blink it, Blue dart, DTDC, DHL, Big Basket, Zepto etc are NOT ALLOWED inside the building premise due to Safety related reasons and they will be asked to stop at the main gate of the building, instead order will be collected by the building staffand the same will be handover to the respective In-house guest who placed a PREPAID order. Likewise, guests are expected topickup their order directly from the main gate for the PAY ON DELIVERY (Cash on Delivery) option chosen.
  1. Parties, Commercial photography /filming and Events or Promotional activities areNOTALLOWED in the guest rooms as well as in the common areas of the property.
  1. Consumption of alcohol beverages in the common areas of the building premise are forbidden but Guests are absolutely allowed to consume alcohol beverages inside their respective units.
  1. Please note that, Cloth drying in the common areas of the building are forbidden, instead cloth drying rack has been provided in the balconies of the guest units.
  1. DAMAGES: Guests are expected to respect the property and its amenities provided. We provide premium quality spotless white Linens like Bed sheets, Duvet /Quilt, Duvet/Quilt cover, Pillows, Pillows covers, Bath towels, Hand towels, Bath Mats and all other amenitieslisted. However, guests are expected to take care of all the amenities from damages, stains and misplacement. If any irrecoverable damage / stains/ misplacement found during stay then the same shall be informed to the guest by theconcerned staff along with the amount to be paid and the cost for the same has to be borne by the guest towards such kind of damage or misplacement during their stay.
  1. FOOT WEAR: Please DO NOT leave any footwear outside the unit. Kindly place your footwears in the rack provided inside the unit. Likewise, guests are requested not to wear footwear inside the unit to maintain the HYGIENE STANDARD of the property following so far.
  1. KITCHENETTE FACILITY: Centralised LPG connection alongself-ignition Glass hob are provided in each Unit. Guests are expected to SHUT-OFF the gas line valve when not in use.
  1. INSPECTION and EMERGENCY: Management or Building staff can enter the property either by informing to the guest or request received from the guest to inspect and perform tasks, such as repairs and general maintenance.
  1. ENERGY and WATER SAVING:Guests are expected to ensure all the electrical appliances except Fridge and Wi-Fi router are turned OFF when not in use. Likewise, guests are requested to conserve water other than actual usage.
  1. CAR PARKING:Guests are expected to park their vehicle neatly without obstructing other guest’s parking. Guests are allowed to park only their own vehicle in the covered parking provided within the premise. We do not take any responsibility towards any damage made to the vehicle parked outside the building /street. Visitors’ vehicle and Taxi vehicles are NOT ALLOWED to enter or park inside the premise.
  1. CHECK- OUT: Guests are requested to inform building staff at least 01 hour prior to their check out. While check-out,housekeeping staffs will collect the keys from the guest and may enter the property to inspect and help the guest to shift their baggage.
  1. CAMERAS: Building has installed with security cameras to monitor public and common spaces. All the material obtained from these cameras will be available to the authorities if necessary.
